Policy:
If for any reason you need to
cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask for 24 hours notice or
you will be charged a $15 fee for that appointment. If
treatments have been purchased in a package, the missed appointment
may be deducted from the number remaining.
Confidentiality:
Your confidentiality is
important to us. That’s why we don’t use your full name on your envelope. None of your personal
information is shared or disclosed without your permission
Privacy:
Since several people are being
treated in the same room at once it is vital that we work together
to respect your privacy and the privacy of others. Your intake will
be done in a soft voice and there is ambient music and a fountain to
drown out the discussion of any sensitive issues. Let us know if
there are certain topics that need extra discretion or if you prefer
to do your intake in a more private setting. If you happen to
overhear someone else’s private information, please keep it to
yourself, you’d want others to do the same for you.
Non-Discrimination:
We appreciate the diversity of
human beings and everyone is welcome at our clinic. We do not

origin, language, education, HIV status, ability, marital status,
sexual orientation, sex or gender identity.
Children:
We support healthy families
and children, but because we treat in a group environment we aren't
able to provide the care necessary for pediatric acupuncture. We
gladly treat kids ages 14 and over as long it is their choice to
receive treatment. Also, if you have little ones please arrange for
their care during your appointment. We want you to relax and get the
most out your treatment and unfortunately we don't have the staff to
care for unsupervised children.
